2011 We moved from Cologne to Bavaria – the best Decision we ever made
As Information Professional we can work from any point on earth. The only thing we need An online connection. From 1991 to 2011 our headquarters were located in Bergisch Gladbach, not far from Cologne.
In 2011 we decided to move to one of the most attractive areas of Germany: The Allgäu
A direct highway connection, a railway line with daily connections to Cologne and Hamburg. Although we are located far to the south, we are still close to the state capital Munich. The cities of Stuttgart, Ulm and Würzburg are also not far away.
We are working in the SONTRA Technology Park. The Park is a project of the city of Sonthofen to build up innovation in the Allgäu area.
In 2011 we moved after 20 years working near Cologne to Sonthofen in Bavaria. Our town is in the heart of Allgäu, one of the most famous holiday regions in Germany. It takes 10 Minutes to start a trail into the Alps or to bike in the nature. In this free area outside the big city we can create great information products and services.
Sonthofen is 30 km away from Kempten and before the famous ski jump village Oberstdorf. The city with around 22,000 residents is a district town and offers us a motivating and positive working environment.
The Free State of Bavaria in which we work stands for a modern and entrepreneurial spirit. This is combined with a lot of tradition and human solidarity.
The Allgäu offers a lot of advantages in an increasingly busy time. Away from the metropolises and yet very close to them. Many people go on holiday in the Allgäu every year. We are proud to work here.
Our office is located in the technology centre “SONTRA”. This complex houses numerous companies from a wide variety of industries.
The location offers numerous advantages and is well known in Sonthofen.
